If tile on which it intends to move when summoned by the rancher for grooming is destroyed ( in my case other dupe dig it out), creature freeze forever.

I fixed the problem by rebuilding this tie. Creature behavior returns to normal.


Steps to Reproduce
Build runch, put one wall moving creature in. When the creature starts to move to be groomed, destroy tie it intend to move to.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

It's not just when it is being summoned, two wild dreckos got stuck when I was building a ladder out in the wild and the dupes deleted the block and they are stuck not moving, nose down nothing on either side of them.
