Game Crash when assigning skill to dupe in a rocket

I just played around with some rockets and clicked on a skill for a dupe that was in a rocket i was then greeted with an error and the following error message

Steps to Reproduce

Have dupe in rocket and try to assign a skill, i used rocket navigation.
