Dupe in telescope gets sunburn

Gurgel
  • Branch: Preview Branch Version: Windows Pending

That does not seem to make sense. A telescope needs to carefully shield light, or your eyes get burned out. Hence sunburn should not be an issue at all.

Steps to Reproduce
Have dupe sit in telescope when things are bright, dupe gets sunburn after a while.

Status: Pending

This issue has not been confirmed by a developer yet.

Same bug, but the animations of the Dup that was researching get's bugged out. Said she was ranching when she got out due to the sunbum, but she was stuck in place. I believe I had to manually move her to fix it.

I'd say this is buggy. It's required for the observatory to be in sunlight - so by default the dupe is going to get burned using the observatory. Setting up automation to compensate seems like fixing a flawed device.  I agree that while inside the observatory, the dupe should techincally be shaded.
