Didn't realise how and when one of my dupe get stuck in the tile, but when I want to try to get him out, I pressed the red alert button and suddenly he came out and teleport to the near path I think. Before this happen, my computer has appear an unknown software exception alert from the OS but sorry for that I could not make a screenshot since my computer also got crushed.
