As the title says, one of my plug slugs hatched and is inside of a tile. I wouldn't normally care except it is a tile that is holding up a liquid lock and if I deconstruct it to release the critter, I lose my liquid lock.
Steps to Reproduce
Slug plug egg hatches on top of a tile. Not sure what else there was about it. I did notice it just a minute or two after loading back into the game though.
