Have you tried pressing "H"?

Does not do anything that I can see.  "H" or "h"

The game seems to be loading with a bad resolution (0 by 0). We're not sure yet why this happens, but you can try holding Alt while launching the game to get a resolution dialogue and pick a suitable resolution. Let me know if that doesn't solve the problem.

Holding ALT allowed me to change the resolution and I am back in the game.  Thank you.
