Minor: Snow keeps infinitely falling after being dug out

Rarely a glitch shown on the screenshot occurs, after snow tiles tiles get dug out. Not a big deal, after reloading the save the issues fixes itself.

Steps to Reproduce
Dupes dug out snow above themselves on a ladder and way down on the bottom the snow appears to be endlessly falling.
