Loading saves won't work

I am in the Thermal Update and every time i try to start up my game after taking a break i have to go back at least 7 auto saves. If i try to load some of the most recent ones it takes me to the screen to create a crew. It is really frustrating as I lose at least 7 cycles of progress every time i quit. Anyone know a fix?

Edit: I can no longer access my colony. Every auto save of it that i have doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce
Play for a while, save and quit, then try to reload your most recent save.
Go to bugs

Upload your save files, they are in %userprofile%\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\save_files

Just enter that path exactly into the address bar.

Yup your save file is broken, sadly nothing you can do to recover the data. Only thing we can do is wait for the devs to fix the bug so it doesn't happen again
