Idle problems

In the picture shown, my Dupe is shown to be idle and is pacing back and forth when she's right on top of the job I ask her to do.

I'm not sure, it kind of just happening.

If you look at the status on the bottom right, it looks like the research building is waiting for dirt to be delivered to it before she can start researching.
