Endless swiping thimble fiber/clothes

If duplicants are ordered to sweep or deliver thimble fiber, they only pick one at a time, ignoring any need until they finish (eat/sleep/bathroom/breathe) and once they have finally picked all up, they will only deliver one and drop the rest.

Steps to Reproduce
Order a duplicant to swipe thimble fiber or clothes, he/she will pick them up one by one, and then he/she will deliver only one dropping the rest.
