whale doesnt explode!

hello, its been already a season.. the blue whale doesnt exploded.. it spawned 3 gears which i killed .. ive been there 5 times and it just wont explode.

 

what can i do?

 

it doesnt seem normal to me to wait a whole season to get the loot which i need badly.

Steps to Reproduce
normal hunting and not exploding
Go to bugs

Everything seems to be working on my end. Maybe if you could send me your save file I can see what's holding it up.
