2k world which is 100% explored. Re-explored 80% of the map since the update and no tar slicks or rainbow jellyfish.

Shows up: Crocodog / Cormorant / Roe

Not showing up: Rainbow Jellyfish / Tar Slick

Use explored world from before the update.
Go to bugs

There are some things that won't be found in old worlds. Tar and rainbow jellyfish for example, they are introduced at world construction. You'll have to start a new world to find those naturally. But there is a way to make tar pools, so you can still have them in a pre update world.
