Tar Extractor fuel gauge glitch

I have this issue as well, however for me the gauge looks empty but the extractor keeps on running. I believe for me the triggering event was restarting the game and opening a save file, when I initially built them they ran out normally.

I was not able to reproduce this problem. Though I did see the potential for a problem if the extractor ran out of fuel while playing the tar spit animation. It would look like it was still on when it wasn't. The same could happen if you hit it while it was working, it would look like it wasn't on when it was. I fixed those issues.

But the fuel gauge would still read properly as far as I can see.

Changed Status to Can't Reproduce
