Night during day and day during night

When world jumping or going caving and being there for a while , and then going to overworld (out of the caves to RoG, or just world hopping from SW to RoG (or backwards)) during night or something will make one of the day or night parts either into night or day, which is night will be extra bright and no charlie can bite me, or day will be dark and charlie will be staying for a day shift
