Mod screen Bug

This keeps appearing every time I open the mod screen

 

Steps to Reproduce
I got three mods from the steam workshop. I played 10 hours over 2 days. 3rd day I went again to the workshop and added 3 more mods. I opened the game to enable them. when i clicked on the mod menu button the error would appear

@kuryn9x - Could you please let us know if you are playing the game on Steam, or if you are playing the GOG or Humble Bundle standalone versions? Please provide us with your log.txt file if possible.

I have steam version game, bought only on steam. I add my log, maybe its can help!
