Game runs out of memory a few seconds after travelling to SW

Hello.

I've been travelling between RoG and SW almost a hundred times through a seaworthy. This time it went wrong.

I travelled from RoG to SW, and the game freezed after I walked a few steps in the SW world, then told me it ran out of memory.

I loaded the game a couple of times, and the same thing keeps happening. I tried disabling sound, disabling full screen and disabling all my mods, same thing.

Attached the log and save file. Character is woody.

I ran the game yesterday and there is no memory issue now.
