Disappearing Volcano Turf when Dropped

I’ve re playing SW and there seems to be a bug, whenever I drop Volcano turf on the floor it disappears (you can still pick it up though), but i sometimes forget where it is

Steps to Reproduce
1. Get volcano turf 2. Drop it on the floor
Go to bugs

i also have this bug. it is not only volcano turf. every turf is invisible if you drop it to the ground.
