Wormwood don't lose sanity when he dig Berrybush and Grass Tufts on RoG. But he loses when dig a Sapling.

Steps to Reproduce
Try to dig up a berrybush or grass tuft on RoG.
Go to bugs

I do lose sanity when I dig those things. Does this always not work for you? or is there another factor?
