It seems like on world gen half of the wreckage was chopped away by the civil turf biome and thus there's no wicker basket, no flags, and most importantly, no machete.
Steps to Reproduce
Not sure of exact repro steps since it happened on world gen but based on the screenshot it seems like it could maybe be reproduced by generating a world where the wreckage straddles a non-civilized and civilized biome.
