As the title says, the tornados created by the weather pain do not mine any of the non-combined Iron Hulks.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Get Weather Pain. 2. Find any Iron Hulk. 3. Use the Weather Pain on the hulk. 4. The tornado neither damages nor mines the hulk.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
