Wagstaff's Voice acts weird

Wagstaff Always uses more than one voice (it's hard to pinpoint how many at a time).

It seems like even at fullhealth, a different voice, or Maybe even multiple, of his lower Health states are used on top of the fullhealth voice

Steps to Reproduce
Get Wagstaff to talk while at fullhealth and listen very closely
Go to bugs

Everything seems to working right here. Putting a movie or something up might help me understand what you mean or hear the problem you are having.
