In the crafting menu for the demolition permit, it says, "Destroy that den you've always talked" I assume the word "about" is missing at the end.

Go to crafting menu to renovate the house, mouse over the demolition permit

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
