Smoldering still effects and ignites exterior things while in interiors

I was in my house recently during Summer, and I came out just in time to catch a large chunk of ashes, which used to be a lot of turfs, blow away in the wind, even though I was in my house for most of the day.

Steps to Reproduce
Sit some stuff outside an interior during Summer and wait in the interior for it to smolder and ignite.
Go to bugs

Looking at the code, I'm guessing the fire must have started just before you went inside. Or it wasn't due to summer wild fire.
