Shadow creatures make royal guards panic

I guess it's possible this isn't a bug but it seems odd: royal guards will panic when shadow creatures are near the same way they panic from vampire bats' shadows.

Steps to Reproduce
Get low enough sanity for shadow creatures to start spawning, go near some royal guards.
Go to bugs

it'd be cool if this wasn't a bug since they are the closest thing in the constant to being considered "sentient" except the player characters themselves. maybe they can sense or even see them but are too scared to or cant interact with them
