Rain effects Drying Racks in interiors

Title. For reference, I'm in an RoG world.

Steps to Reproduce
Put a Drying Rack in an interior and see how long it takes for meat to dry while it's raining outside.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I believe this is fixed for the next update (as I fixed something related to rain in interiors), but I'll have to check when I'm back in the office.

I can confirm that interior Drying Racks are still bugged as of the update.
