Rabid Beetles attacking own cocoons

axxel
  • Version: PC/MAC/Linux Fixed

See title. It happens when some beetles approach unhatched cocoons. I know the cocoons are still Glowflies but is it intended that they attack their own kind? This may be the side effect that Rabid Beetles aren't as aggressive as their old EA version.

Steps to Reproduce
Lead Rabid Beetles to cocoons.

Thanks for the answer. The behaviour seems off escpecially you could abuse this if you are not near other cocoons and they can happily crush their own species.

Was this already confirmed in EA? Then yes the devs can close.

It shouldn't happen often, as if you can see a coccon, and there are beetles about , the cocoon is probably going to hatch soon. But, I did change the rabid beetles to not target glowflies and their cocoons.
