My Game Is So Glitchy

Whenever I try to start and play a new Hamlet game it glitches and slows down so much.This does not happen in rog or sw. And the glitch is noticable and causes me to get annoyed.Is it something that is caused by my PS4? Or is it a glitch?

P.S.:My PS4 is 6 years old but i do not think don't starve is a game that requires high system requirements.

P.S 2:I just looked at system requirements of hamlet and shipwrecked and they appear the same at least for pc.

Steps to Reproduce

Just opening and playing in a Hamlet world.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the game. Could you please provide us with a video clip of this happening in your game if possible?

Also, are you playing with a PS4, PS4 Slim, or PS4 Pro? 

And is the game installed in your PS4's internal hard drive, or to an external hard drive?

Thanks for the information. In the meantime would you be able to provide us with a video clip of the slowdown that you are encountering?

Does it happen to any of your other save slots/save files? Or is it only happening to one specific save file only?
