Lucky Hat Breaks in Interiors

Simply put, the Lucky Hat will not spawn X Marks the Spots when Woodlegs is in an interior. This can cause you to miss precious treasure cycles on the hat. Perhaps it could store any generated X Marks the Spots until Woodlegs leaves the interior, or maybe it could continue to spawn them at the entry point of the interior on the overworld?

Steps to Reproduce
Equip a Lucky Hat as Woodlegs, then wait in an interior.

Woodlegs' hat helps him find treasure other pirates have burried, but they don't bury them indoors. So, he should take his hat off indoors. I

'll ask him to us that next time it's supposed to happen but doesn't.
