Game UI menu is still missing!

Please look into these issues!
2 areas the menu is not showing up and i have NO mods installed.

Steps to Reproduce
loaded up the main game. hit Play! , chose a new slot wanted to choose new character and modify world.

I can't repro this, can I ask what OS you are using and what DLC's you have?

Have you tried verifying your files on Steam?

Verified files. said files were fine. but now issue is gone. thanks
