Blueprint sold in Hamlet can't actually be crafted due to lack of Resources

The Tinkers Tower sells the blueprint for the Dripple Pipes and for Weather Pains but you can't acquire Ox Horns or Volt Goat Horns to craft them. Neither the Magic nor Oddity shop sell Ox Horns or Volt Goat Horns.

Steps to Reproduce
buy these blueprints in a tinker shop, be unable to find any way to acquire Ox Horns or Volt Goat Horns in Hamlet only worlds

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

The tinkerer's Tower in General seems like an interesting Concept but not well thought out execution to me
