a few Tinkerer's Tower Blueprints are useless

Kind of a different issue, but Dripple Pipes and Weather Pain blueprints are also useless because there's no way to acquire Water Beefalo Horns or Volt Goat Horns in a Hamlet-only world. And, of course, in a RoG/SW-linked Hamlet world, they are useless cause you can just prototype the recipes by going to the other worlds.

I think this whole shop is barely useful, and prices are way too high as well.
