You can't craft a Pretty Parasol in Hamlet

The Pretty Parasol isn't available to craft while in a Hamlet world, pretty important since Wagstaff's new items require a Pretty Parasol for usage.

Steps to Reproduce
Load up a Hamlet world and attempt to craft a Pretty Parasol.
Go to bugs

I know it's very frustrating since it forces you to go to ROG when Wagstaff was made for Hamlet, the in game character at least. But it is weird because on the wiki it says the pretty parasol was brought to Hamlet in the recent update even though it's not, possibly just a bug for some people?
