World Spawning without the building you can buy

I revealed whole map with command to make sure but my base world has no hut to buy. If oyu buy the ownership and use it it doesnt show any point on the map as well (just proves it more)
It might be caused by playing around with world settings (i flipped the town house and watch tower off and back on)
Hope it gest fixed and im happy i foundit out very fast
