Because wilbur is able to throw poop, he auto equips projectile weapons to hand including poop even to the point of removing the hand slot items.
Steps to Reproduce
Try to drop item out of inventory with a full inventory and it will equip itself instead, or try to burn poop in a fire pit and it will equip it remove the item in hand slot
