I'm not sure what caused this, but preventing wilba from transforming on fullmoons using her amulet causes her to keep spouting lines of her about to transform some time after the full moon passed, and her amulet will continue to drain sanity even though taking it off wont cause her to transform. relogging fixes this.
Steps to Reproduce
1. wait for full moon 2.wear amulet for the whole night 3.see her talk about it constantly for three days straight before relogging
