The new vortex cloak can get stuck at 1% and not go any lower than that while remaining fully functional.
Steps to Reproduce
Unfortunately I cannot reproduce it consistently but put a vortex cloak on and let some spiders beat on you, the cloak will either deplete as it should or eventually it might get stuck at 1%. If it depletes refuel it twice and try again. I will try to find a consistent way to trigger it.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
