UnNamed relic despawns when picked up

Found a peculiar tree. Used magnifying glass.

Chopped the tree and dug the stump and the shown relic popped out. Upon picking it up, it despawned.

EDIT: The item does not despawn. It has a blank icon. Appears in inventory slot as an invisible item without a name. Appears when dropped

It cannot be traded to the Professor.
