The Jeweled Truffle sometimes spawns in the wall, causing it to be unobtainable

The Jeweled Truffle will occasionally spawn in the wall like this. Attempting to chisel it will simply cause the player to run into the wall infinitely. 

Steps to Reproduce
In some world generations (not all) The Jeweled Truffle will spawn like this. Attempting to chisel it will not do anything except make the character run into a wall.

I've had the same problem, as well as situations where the Jeweled Truffle will spawn right by the entrance to the room, making the maze of traps completely avoidable.
