The Renovate Tab doesnt disappear when Im outside of my home, so I cant use the City Planning Tab. If i put the key to the city on the ground, come close to it and in this moment click quickly on it, then I can build a Pig City, otherwise this tub is under the Renovate Tab. I have some mods, but Im pretty sure this problem is not because of them as I played with these mods in another worlds with another characters and everything was fine. Also I just created a new world with Wormwood to check this bug, spawned the Key and bought the Slanty Shanty and the bug did not repeat.
