Huh, that's....not good.

If you're still stuck there, two things:

Could you upload your save game (Main Menu>Options>Submit bug - mention what saveslot it's in?)

If you ever get stuck like that, move your mouse pointer to a safe spot on screen, open the debug console with the '~' key, and type:

c_move(GetPlayer())

.....followed by enter, that should get you out.
