The Renovate Tab shows up blank or with Dress tab information when using a controller.

Steps to Reproduce
Enter your house while with an X box 360 controller enabled, scroll down to Renovate tab.

I am playing with a generic PS3 controller, and I too have never seen any options to renovate my house.

Also not seeing any options... Playing on a PC with a Logitech USB controller.
