Launch issues in Linux

Repeatedly failed to start immediately. Occasionally will launch just fine.

I think you have a unassigned pointer as part of the build data. I saw segfaults in the logs and when it did launch the "Build Data" displayed is

```
Build Date: 709 - A
                    AAC
                        F\F`BdEhClApHPUTGXA\A`HPXTEXG\A`HPKTEXG\D`HP\\A`C\D`MPG\E`AdGhGlBpHP_\A`HPC\A`HPX\E`AdGhGlBpHPa\E`LdGhGlBpLPP\K`AdGhGlBpHPP
\E`B
```

Steps to Reproduce
Launch game in linux.

User Feedback

Thanks for the report, I'll have to look into it, but that indeed does look like an uninitialized pointer (which is odd, this code is the same across platforms).

Did this start to happen recently?

yes, as of today's update. The earliest report about this was 22 hours ago: https://steamcommunity.com/app/219740/discussions/2/1768133742960620786/

My setup: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
