After giving the oddities shopkeeper a few relics he wont have inventory left and start dropping the relic you're trying to sell, meaning you can keep selling him the same relic over and over and make infinite money.
The queen statue and postcards drop after the pigs die, so you can kill them get the item back and gift it next day for infinite food.
