In-game crash using mouse wheel to scroll in menus

After installing the new patch and starting a new game in Hamlet, I cannot scroll through menus using the mouse wheel. I've submitted a few bug reports. The error about the variable CONTROL_SCROLLBACK not being declared in the crafting.lua:165 script

Steps to Reproduce
Update. Start new world. Play, try to use mouse wheel to scroll in menus in order to craft items.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
