I was in a cave, when i left i was in the river/pond and managed to get out of the world.

Steps to Reproduce
go inside of a cave near a river/pond, leave, get stuck in the river/pond.
Go to bugs

If you want a fix in your situation, i would try to re-enter the cave, go into console and type c_speed (40) and run back in, or spawn in a lazy explorer.
