When you have lighter equipped and enter a new room in the ruins, the lighter is turned off. To turn it on again you have to unequip it and reequip it.
I expected it to be turned on while I didn't unequip it.
Steps to Reproduce
Equip lighter. Enter ruins. Enter new room. Lighter is off.
Equip lighter. Enter ruins. Enter new room. Lighter is off.
