Don't Starve will not lauch

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this issue because it may just be an issue on my end, but ever since the update don't starve hasn't been launching on steam. When I try to launch it a blank window will pop up and then instantly disappear. I've tried verifying the cache, reinstalling, and running as administrator and so far none of them have worked. I don't recall doing anything that would have caused this before the update and I've been stumped on how to fix it. If this is a bug and not a problem on my end then I hope this helps. Thanks!

Steps to Reproduce
Unfortunately I can't remember doing anything that would have caused this.
