Left clicking mandrakes* in your inventory and ctrl-clicking (to put them into an empty inventory slot) make them disappear.
Ctrl-clicking to split a stack of mandrakes also makes them disappear upon placing them down again.
If you ctrl-click and then right click it drops a single mandrake.
*This only works with stacks of mandrakes. A single mandrake will not work.
Steps to Reproduce
Ctrl click a stack of mandrakes, or Ctrl click with a stack of mandrakes, or Ctrl click a stack of mandrakes and right click.
