Can't Make RoG Compatible With Hamlet

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but it seems that every time I try to start a RoG world and make it compatible with Hamlet, It doesn't work. What I mean is, I can select RoG in the menu, but the world that is generated is just a vanilla world (no RoG features). If there is any fix, it would be greatly appreciated.

Steps to Reproduce
Select RoG on the "NEW GAME" screen, and choose Hamlet as the compatible DLC.
Go to bugs

Is it possible to get Can of silly String for skyworthy if im started game in Rog world with Hamlet compatible on? because i want invade hamlet with wx-78 and some gear with me.
