Can't get out of a blank room

I went into one of the holes behind the cracks and there was a room on my screen that I couldn't move around in. I can just hear myself walking and eating when I try to. This may be related to the bugs that were also reported about being stuck outside of the room walls. I can't move and time just keeps passing.
